By accessing nodecloud-core.digital or enrolling in Nodecloud Core educational programs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Educational purpose

Content describes Air-Gapped Balance Log methods and related operational training. It is informational and educational. It does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or professional services relationship. See also Not Financial Advice.

3. Accounts and communications

When you contact us, you confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to discuss enrollment for your organization where applicable.

4. Intellectual property

Course materials, templates, branding, and site copy remain the property of Nodecloud Core or its licensors. You may use materials only for your internal training under the license granted at enrollment. You may not resell, publicly republish, or reverse engineer digital materials except as allowed by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt services, submit unlawful content through forms, or misrepresent affiliation with Nodecloud Core.

6. Pricing and payments

Prices shown on this website are informational. This site does not provide checkout. Binding fees, invoices, and payment terms are confirmed in a separate enrollment communication.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nodecloud Core is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or training materials. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim, or zero if you used only free site content.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that examples will fit your regulatory environment without local review.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
